California Closets

The California Closets team for Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky focuses on custom closet solutions for the home and business. As a B2C brand, they knew they needed a strong digital ads presence to build their funnel and generate sales. But they needed an expert to help them navigate complex problems on the backend of their ads platforms.

First, the Green Loop team helped them untangle their Facebook page and Meta Ads Manager accounts for three locations (Indianapolis, Cincinnati/Dayton, and Louisville/Lexington). 

As a franchise model company, they faced an additional challenge: a lack of tracking and Meta Business Suite pixel access for each individual location since the company shares one website. We established workarounds to the situation through detailed FB engagement audiences and complex UTM parameters.

Lastly, we established their Facebook ads approach across the funnel, from high-level awareness videos to bottom-of-the-funnel CTAs for prospective customers to schedule a design consultation.
