The Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene & Marilyn Glick serves as a welcome mat to Indianapolis, connecting its users to art, fitness, and community as it spans downtown’s Cultural Districts. Green Loop Marketing partnered with the Trail to navigate an exciting transition and expansion to manage three incredible spaces: Lugar Plaza, Georgia Street, and the Canal.
In the first phase, our team went to work on a digital marketing audit, including a deep dive into multi-channel analytics, their website, and their email marketing. We also engaged in audience research, writing and launching a survey to gauge public awareness and impressions of each key public space in addition to a series of one-on-one interviews with key stakeholders.
In the second phase of our work together we developed a series of recommendations and content strategy to elevate the Indianapolis Cultural Trail story, including their new role managing the additional spaces, and meet organizational goals.
