MARKETING MANGER
Allison Gaafar
Allison’s ability to show grace under pressure and genuinely connect with others come from late nights navigating restaurant chaos. Behind Allison's polished marketing expertise lies a rich foundation in the service industry. She's worked as everything from a host to a caterer over the years, experiences she credits for developing her exceptional communication, problem-solving, active listening, teamwork, empathy, and adaptability skills.
Describing the decision to join Green Loop in its early days as a “no brainer,” Allison started her journey working alongside one of her best friends, and now has the pleasure of meeting other amazing badass women (and Dan!) while watching the company grow into what it is today. Sometimes the best career moves happen when great people invite you to be part of something special.
Her professional superpower is thriving in organized environments while simultaneously loving the adrenaline rush of solving "stop everything" problems. As a mom navigating daily organized chaos, she's discovered that managing professional challenges feels surprisingly manageable. Turns out parenting is excellent training for marketing crisis management.
When a mental health advocacy client needed a billboard campaign throughout Indianapolis with a limited budget (and Metro Indy billboards are notoriously expensive), Allison worked magic. She not only secured high-frequency billboards that met their geographic needs but also thought outside the box to maximize their investment with strategic bus advertising. Collaborating with Sarah's design expertise and Jordan's budget flexibility, she delivered a campaign that stretched every dollar while amplifying an important mental health message across the city.
Allison's marketing philosophy centers on creating consistency and long-term value while building meaningful, measurable connections between brands and people. She believes cohesive collaboration—both internally and with clients—is essential for strong partnerships, and she stays grounded in data and audience insights to ensure campaigns remain relevant and effective, all while supporting organizational values.
