Holladay Construction Group, built as an internal division of Holladay Properties, houses 70 years of real estate development experience, informing design-build and turn-key construction management services. The wide range of successful projects under their tool belt brings fresh ideas, novel insights, and peace of mind that client projects will be well managed regardless of size. Managing and coordinating every aspect of the project, Holladay Construction Group aims to provide their clients with the most efficient and economical solutions possible in the industry. On top of the great work they do for their clients, Holladay is driven by the communities they live in, building impressive spaces and even stronger relationships. 

As Holladay aims to grow their brand as a stand-alone company from Holladay Properties, leadership was seeking a reflection of this initiative through their branding and digital marketing. In order to best showcase the beautiful work they have done and continue to do, they needed an update to the framework of their website. 

Green Loop took the lead with web development and design, strategizing and implementing new branding elements, copy and graphics throughout the site. Our team also created various branded templates for Holladay to use as needed on future work, including requests for proposal templates and social media posts.
